Words to Live By

Isaiah 55:10-12 (King James Version)

10For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

12For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

TODAY'S PROMISE
My Word will not return to me until it accomplishes what I intended.

WORDS TO LIVE BY
As the heavens produce rain and snow to replenish the thirsty earth and make it sprout seed for the sower and bread for the hungry, so it is with God's Word. He has sent it to me for a purpose, and it will accomplish that purpose in my life. It is always on my lips as a seed, and it produces a perpetual harvest of good things. What a joy it is to be led forth in such peace and assurance!

The mountains and the hills burst into song before me, and I enjoy the favor of all who see God's blessings at work in my life.
