Words To Live By

Haggai 2:4-9

4 But now be strong, O Zerubbabel,' declares the LORD. 'Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,' declares the LORD, 'and work. For I am with you,' declares the LORD Almighty. 5 'This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.'

6 "This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. 7 I will shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,' says the LORD Almighty. 8 'The silver is mine and the gold is mine,' declares the LORD Almighty. 9 'The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,' says the LORD Almighty. 'And in this place I will grant peace,' declares the LORD Almighty."

TODAY'S PROMISE

All that I have belongs to you, child of mine.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

I am strong in the Lord and in His power. I will work in His name and produce great fruit for His glory. He is with me all the time. His Spirit dwells in me, leading me to victory. With God on my side, fear is not an option. It is a preposterous and ludicrous idea. My Father has declared that I am to be at peace--in perfect comfort and safety--free from stress, terror and anxiety.

This earth belongs to my Father, and I am His heir. He has shaken the word and established His church. He has reserved my part and portion for me. He has filled me with His glory and establishes me as His representative.

I refuse to hang on to empty religions and false teachings. It is time for the earth to know and see the glory of God's children. It's time to stand up and be the ambassadors God has called us to be!

Words To Live By

Prov 18:20-21

20 A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.

21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

TODAY'S PROMISE

Life is in your words when they align with mine.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

My words produce the fruit that fills my stomach, and my lips produce the harvest of my life. The elements of life and death yield themselves to the power of my tongue. My healing comes as I align my words with my Father's perfect will. My words are seeds of life and prosperity to the kingdom of God, but death and destruction to the enemy's kingdom. I sow my words wisely and reap a harvest that makes my Father proud! Therefore, I declare by faith that I am whole, happy, and gifted with my needs met.

Words To Live By

Hosea 11:3,4 KJV
3 I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.

4 I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.

TODAY'S PROMISE

I am your Healer.

WORDS OF LIFE

The Lord holds me in His gentle arms and heals me of every sickness. He leads me with a familiar kindness and with cords of love. He gives me the ability to stand and strengthens me so I can do His will in every situation. He lifts the heavy burden from my shoulders and nourishes me until I am revitalized, and I am once more able to enjoy the gift of life.

Words To Live By

Psalm 107:28-30
Then they cry out to the Lord in their trouble, and He brings them out of their distresses. He calms the storm so that its waves are still. Then they are glad because they are quiet; so He guides them to their desired haven.

TODAY'S PROMISE
I will be your peace and calm your storms.

WORDS TO LIVE BY
When troubles come my way I call to God for help, and He rescues me from their grasp. In His great love for me, He stills the storms to a whisper and silences the raging waves of the sea. He restores my joy as praises fill my mouth. Then He takes me by the hand and guides me to the realization of my dreams.

Words To Live By

Matt 20:30-34

30Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"

31The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"

32Jesus stopped and called them. "What do you want me to do for you?" he asked.

33"Lord," they answered, "we want our sight."

34Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.

TODAY'S PROMISE

Like the parent in you to your children, I want you to ask me for what you want. I long to hear your voice.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

I know the One in whom I believe. I focus my attention on Him and NOT the crowd (not my fellow Christians, not the ones who claim to be Christians but bear no fruit, not the people in the pew sitting next to me or in front of me or behind me, not the ones calling me on the phone complaining about what's going on and what's not going on in the church body - BTW ... got a complaint ... I tell Daddy God about it - He's got my back - and my front - and both my sides - my top and my bottom!).

When I am shushed for my faith and told to be still, I cry out all the more, praying and SHOUTING to the ONLY One who can set me free.

My Father is alert to my every cry. He notices me. He wants me to tell HIM specifically what I desire from Him so my joy will be complete when He gives it to me. When I give Him my specific request, in harmony with His Word, He calls it done!!

Words To Live By

Psalm 124:1-8 KJV

1 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, now may Israel say;
2
If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:
3 Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:
4 Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:
5 Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
6 Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.
7
Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

TODAY'S PROMISE
I am working on your behalf even when you're not aware of it.

WORDS OF LIFE

God is on my side, and He will not allow the enemy to have control over me. When the odds seem overwhelming and things begin to look grim and I don't understand what's going on around me, I still remain confident. I know that my Father will never leave me nor forsake me.

Therefore, no matter what happens, my victory in the end is deadly certain. The Lord never fails to fight for me. He will never let me be torn by the fangs of the enemy. All of the enemy's traps are smashed to pieces, and I escape like a bird out of every one!

I am not afraid to do my part in this fight. I stand boldly in the face of the enemy with the courage of the Lion of Judah! When I put up a steadfast resistance and speak the name of Jesus in the spirit of faith, the devil panics and desperately tries to get away from me! What a wuss the enemy is! I call him exactly what he is. I resist him in the name of Jesus, and he has to run from me!

Words To Live By

2 Samuel 22:29-41

29For thou art my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness.

30For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall.

31As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.

32For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God?

33God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.

34He maketh my feet like hinds' feet: and setteth me upon my high places.

35He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.

36Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.

37Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip.

38I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them; and turned not again until I had consumed them.

39And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise: yea, they are fallen under my feet.

40For thou hast girded me with strength to battle: them that rose up against me hast thou subdued under me.

TODAY'S PROMISE
I will be your light in times of darkness and make your way clear if only you trust me.

WORDS TO LIVE BY
My Lord lights my way before me. He gives me His clear instruction to keep me firmly on the path of righteousness.
By Him, I claim victory over the enemy. I run through the enemy's command post and leap over their impregnable walls.
God's Word is ever before me. It is tested, tried and true. I put my complete trust in Him.
He is my Shield and my Refuge! He is my Rock and my Fortress!
He supervises my way before me and enlightens my understanding of His plan for my life.
He has set me free from all hindrances.
Now I run like a deer; I'm king of the mountain.
He shows me how to fight; I can bend a bronze bow!
He protects me with salvation-armor; you touch me and I feel ten feet tall.
He cleared the ground under me so my footing is firm.

He has placed me on the top of His priority list and has established me with steadfast assurance and a holy boldness that cannot be shaken.
He has given me the shield of His salvation.
By His grace He came down to my level that I may be lifted up to His level.
He has enlarged my steps under me to keep me from falling.
His greatness is within me and by His strength I destroy the enemy. I refuse to turn back until they are consumed. I keep them at bay and they shall not arise!
My Lord has equipped me with strength for the battle. I see nothing but the backs of my enemies as they turn tail and run from me utterly terrified!!! Alleluia and Amen!

Words To Live By

Phil 1:19-24 KJV
19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

22 But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not.

23 For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better:

24 Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.

TODAY'S PROMISE

I long to be magnified in your life.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

No matter what is going on in my life or what my situation may be, I know that through the help of the Spirit of Jesus and the prayers of my brothers and sisters in Christ, I WILL stand as a victor to the praise and the glory of God.
While I live I live by Jesus and His anointing, and if I die I gain all the more for while I live through the anointing I will continually produce abundant fruit in the spirit, joyfully doing what pleases my Father. Yet if I die I will live in the physical presence of Jesus enjoying my mansion and my fellowship with the saints of heaven and will no longer have to struggle against sickness, poverty and sin.
God is good, and He has left the choice between life and death with me. Even though I desire to go be with Jesus, I know that it is important that I serve those on earth, winning them for Jesus and bringing the kingdom of God into their midst. So, I lay claim to God's promise of a long and satisfying life, and I shall remain in my body until the appointed time of my death!! His praises shall continually be in my heart and spoken through my words!
As long as I'm alive in this body, there is good work for me to do. If I had to choose right now, I hardly know which I'd choose. Hard choice! The desire to break camp here and be with Christ is powerful. Some days I can think of nothing better. But most days, because of what is happening in this world, I am sure that it's better for me to stick it out here. My walk with Jesus is one of persistent courage and unwavering boldness. I refuse to give up on my faith, because I know that He is faithful to keep His promises. He will do what He said He would do, because He has done what He said He would.
Our Father God never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever!!!

Jere 1:7-10 KJV

7But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

8Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

9Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

10See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

TODAY'S PROMISE

You need not be afraid of anything because I have placed you where you are, and I am in control.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

Lamentations 3:22-26 KJV

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.

TODAY'S PROMISE

Words To Live By

Psalm 91 NIV

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust."

3
Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare

and from the deadly pestilence.
4
He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5
You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7
A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8
You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9
If you make the Most High your dwelling—
even the LORD, who is my refuge-
10
then no harm will befall you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11
For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways
12
they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13
You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14
"Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15
He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16
With long life will I satisfy him
and show him my salvation."

TODAY'S PROMISE
Dwell in me, and I will watch over you.

WORDS TO LIVE BY
I dwell in the secret place of the Most High and live under His shadow. He is my refuge and my fortress--my God, and it is in Him that I trust with all of my heart. I draw near to Him with all that I am. He has delivered me from the snares of the enemy, and He shields me from his deadly diseases. He covers me with His feathers and under His wings I have a hiding place. His Word is my shield and defense.
I am not afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the plagues or diseases that stalk the darkness, nor the disasters that lay in wait. A thousand may fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me. He is my Father, and in Him is my fortress. He has given His angels charge over me to keep me in all of my ways. They hold me steady in case I dash my foot against a stone.
In Him I have authority over all the authority of the enemy. I tread on the lion and cobra; the young lion and serpent I trample under my feet. The devil's power over me has been completely stripped away.
God has made a decree (a fixed law) concerning me saying, "I will rescue my child from every calamity; I will protect them because they acknowledge my name. They will call on me,a nd I will answer them. I will be with them in times of trouble. I will deliver them and set them in the place of highest honor. With long life I will satisfy them and show them my salvation." I am humbled at the thought of such love. I am held secure in His tender embrace. I am shielded in His hedge of protection. Matthew 7:9-12 (New International Version)

9"Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

TODAY'S PROMISE

Words To Live By

Romans 8:31-39 (New International Version)

31What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:
"For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered." 37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

TODAY'S PROMISE
You are more than a conqueror through My love in Jesus Christ.

WORDS TO LIVE BY
So what should I say about all of this? If God is on my side, where is there a worthy enemy?? God did not even spare His own Son, but gave Him as a sacrifice for my salvation. Will He not give me everything else freely and graciously as well? And who is it that can bring a single charge against me when God has already justified me and declared me to be righteous? Who is it that has any power to condemn me? Only Jesus has that power. And will He condemn me after suffering and dying for me and being raised to life for me? Will He, the One who loves me so much that He lives to make intercession for me, condemn me now? Who can possibly separate me from such love? Can troubles, hardships, depression, stress, peril or danger separate me from the love of Jesus? I think not!! It doesn't matter what my situation is. It doesn't matter if I am facing death or viewed as a sheep headed for the slaughter. No matter what is going on in my life, I will rise as more than a conqueror through Him who loves me! I know for sure that neither death, or life, or angels or demons or anything present or in the future, or any kind of power in all of creation can separate me from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus my Lord!! Any questions???

6 "I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. 7 Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you," says the LORD Almighty.
"But you ask, 'How are we to return?'

8 "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me.
"But you ask, 'How do we rob you?'
"In tithes and offerings. 9 You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. 12 "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.

I will not rob Him by withholding my tithes and my offerings. The tithe is the Lord's. It is not up to me to determine what to do with it but to simply give it to the place where I receive my spiritual sustenance. I am well aware that by giving my tithes and my offerings I am warding off the attacks of the enemy. Therefore, I bring the whole tithe, along with my offerings into the church where I am fed the Word of God so that there is provision for the advancement of God's kingdom. In response to my obedience, God has thrown open the windows of heaven and poured out so much provision on me that I do not have enough room to receive it all.

Furthermore, when I give my tithe and make my offerings God rebukes the devourer for my sake. The enemy cannot take my stuff because God's hedge of protection surrounds it. My harvest is now insured, and I will not lose any of what my Father wants me to have.

Words To Live By

Philippians 2:14-16 (New International Version)

14Do everything without complaining or arguing, 15so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe 16as you hold out the word of life—in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing.

TODAY'S PROMISE

I am at work in your life through the desires of your heart.

WORDS TO LIVE BY

I do everything I am called to do without complaining and finding fault. It is my purpose in this life to be a blameless child of the living God and to walk in integrity even though I reside in a corrupt and nefarious world. For though I live in this world, I am not of it. I am only here temporarily. I esteem the Word of Life as supreme and bring glory to my Father who is in heaven.
